Happy Turkey Day
Every year, the holiday season seems to start earlier leaving us little time to appreciate what we are most thankful for. And it is not often enough that we get time to acknowledge those who greatly support Genext and our business. We wanted to send our warmest wishes to you and yours this holiday season.

Genext has much to be grateful for this year as we celebrate another successful year of business. We continue to keep and attract thoughtful and friendly customers. We appreciate your loyalty, value your business and are grateful for your continued support.

This year has granted Genext many opportunities and we continue to grow and expand our products and services. With the addition of Genext TV and Voice, we have rounded out our offerings, delivering a variety of bundled savings in Chelan, Grant and Douglas County. And with the booming housing market we have received a high demand for wiring and installing advanced technology solutions. With the increase in new business, we continue to hire additional technicians and customer service associates to fit the needs of our growing customer base.

The year has been good to us, and we thank you for your patronage and for allowing us to be of service to you. We hope you have also enjoyed success and happiness this last year.

The Festival of Trees is Here
Don't miss out on one of the premier holiday events this season, The Festival of Trees. The annual celebration is a wonderful family friendly activity bringing the community together in support of the performing arts. Make sure and witness the beautiful Tree Lighting Ceremony at the Wenatchee Center fountain on Thursday, November 16th. And the much anticipated Gala Dinner and Auction on Saturday the 18th. Genext donated a weekend getaway at the trendy Cave B Resort near Crescent Bar to be auctioned off at the Gala. Make sure to bid on the romantic weekend, which includes full lodging, a private wine tasting and luxurious dinner at Tendrils Restaurant.

This is the third year Genext has donated to the Festival of Trees. And one of the many holiday gifts we give the community each year. Help celebrate the beauty of the holiday season and partake in the many upcoming festival activities. This event is crucial to keeping the performing arts thriving in the Wenatchee Valley.

To maintain the highest level of customer service, we recently implemented changes to increase the level of service that you receive. In an effort to better serve you, we have promoted two of our Technical Customer Service Representatives to full time support. Both Michael White and Jacob Ebel are now working longer shifts to ensure enough staff is available to address your questions and respond to your inquiries faster. We are excited to have Michael and Jacob more available to better service your needs.

Signing up for services you need and want should be a stress free experience. Our new automated phone system is a recent addition to help streamline and make sure calls are directed to the right person to service you. Our philosophy has always been "One Call Does It All" and this new system helps ensure the person taking the call is capable of answering your specific need. We receive a lot of incoming calls and the new phone system is essential to route calls to the right person to serve you.

We hope you have noticed our commitment to providing the very best in customer service. All of our decisions are based on the impact to our customer. Welcome Ryan Lacey
Today more than ever, security is at the top of nearly everyone's minds. And we continue to get flooded with inquiries about Security Systems and ways to protect your home from the dangers of fire and criminal break-ins.

To help fulfill the requests of our Security business, we recently welcomed Ryan Lacey to the Genext Team. Ryan joins us from California where he has moved his wife and two young children to the Wenatchee Valley. He is welcomed into the Genext family as a Systems Customer Representative focusing on the Security needs of our clients. Having previously worked with large, reputable organizations in the technology field, we are lucky to have Ryan on board.

Ryan has already completed various trainings and is quickly learning the various aspects of our technology offerings. His easy going personality and understanding and passion for Security have made Ryan a great resource for customers interested in learning more about our Life Safety and Security Services.


In the Pipeline
The 2006-year has been good to Genext but we just can't believe how quickly it is passing by. Wasn't it just yesterday we launched Genext TV, and started preparing for the busy summer months of construction? Well the workload just hasn't let up and we continue to be booked weeks in advance for various Systems projects. It seems a little cold weather doesn't stop the booming Wenatchee housing market. And we continue to surprise customers with our various bundled options... it has been almost 8 months since the "Triple Bundle" of Internet, TV and Voice was first made available.

It is hard to fathom 2007 as a not so distant future, now just a mere month and half away. And as we begin planning for 2007, we want to keep you up to date on the happenings at Genext. The Home Show season will soon kickoff at the Convention Center with the NCHBA event the second weekend of February. To be followed by the KPQ Home and Garden Show just a month later. Is it time to start planning for your remodel, home theatre, or designs for your dream home?

Expect some exciting surprises from Genext in this upcoming year, such as Genext TV launching in Douglas County and more ways to bundle and save with your local service provider of choice.
