The standard solution approach takes you through a menu of the different technology offerings. Choosing the specific Security and Comfort, Communications and Entertainment needs for your System. This menu will let us better understand your needs and help guide them into the good, better or best solution.

| If the standard solution does not satisfy your need we are happy to custom design a System for you. This will require the assistance of a Genext Systems Architect or Engineer to ensure the correct construction of your System. Genext is the only company able to provide intricately designed systems at this level of service. |

Engagement Terms
When custom designing a system, we do ask for a initial engagement retainer. A $100 check will be required prior to the initial appointment with the Systems Architect. This first meeting will be approximately one hour in length. Discussions about the wants and needs of your specific system requirements will take place.
Following the initial meeting, the Systems Architect will spend 2 hours on the design of the System. Once the design is completed, a meeting to discuss the plan will take place. This one-hour meeting will be to go over the proposal in detail including the features and benefits as well as budget. A detailed list of products will not be provided at this time, as there will be a variety of options varying in price. This truly is a great deal as you are receiving 5 hours of consultation time for only $100 or $20 per hour.
When moving forward with the custom design a total price is determined and a 10% retainer is required. This will ensure payment of our design time as a design retainer and is standard for most businesses. After which the Architect will provide you with a detailed bill of materials, engineer drawings and firm proposal. The Retainer is non-refundable however 100% will be applied to Genext Systems Purchases within the following 120-days.
